如何沖 濾掛咖啡包 / 掛耳咖啡包?


建議水量：200~240cc
建議水溫：88度~94度

step1. 沿線將濾紙撕開
step2. 將掛耳包撕開，掛在杯緣兩側
step3. 90度熱水浸濕咖啡粉等待30秒，再注入 200~240 cc 熱水沖泡
step4. 提起掛耳包，完成暖窩好咖啡！

暖窩的咖啡烘豆師黃明志先生Jeff Huang，有多年咖啡烘焙經驗、取得SCA精品咖啡協會認證講師 、每年擔任國際級咖啡裁判 ，且以教練身份培訓世界咖啡師冠軍等經歷。從學生時代即在咖啡館打工，經歷吧檯手、選手、專業評審、專業教練...等身份，經歷也門町咖啡烘焙師、中國海南上島咖啡餐飲管理有限公司副總經理，在外多年最後回到台灣，仍是選擇他最愛的咖啡烘焙。

目前是暖窩咖啡的烘豆師外，也是多家咖啡店指定的咖啡烘焙師，同時也為中國麗芙緹咖啡長期的咖啡豆供應商。
