Notes for Overseas Orders

1. Overseas members cannot enjoy the free shipping offer.

2. The goods will be shipped within 1-2 working days after the online payment for the goods, and will be delivered within 2-7 working days after shipment.

3. Commodity details will be attached to the package. In accordance with the Taiwan Sales Tax Law, the unified invoice of the Republic of China will no longer be issued.

4. The import tariff standards are different in different countries. If you want to collect the tariff of the goods or the additional fees in remote areas when you receive the package, you have to pay by yourself. Please understand.

5. If the original address is incorrectly filled in, the contact phone number is incorrectly filled in, or the contact person is filled in incorrectly, so that the package cannot be delivered successfully, Nuanwo will notify you by e-mail.

If you cannot get in touch within 2 days, the package will be processed as a return. The returned order will be canceled and the original order balance will be refunded after deducting the actual round-trip freight.

6. The international shipping fee is high and the procedures are complicated. Unless the product itself is defective, returns and exchanges will not be accepted for overseas purchases. Please confirm carefully before placing an order.

寄送方法：

【順豐速運】

  *寄中國一單不同規格的品項不得超過10種，每種不得超過10個商品，請斟酌選購。
  *寄中國地區 皆須提供個人身份證明文件，我們會與您聯繫上傳
  *寄中國一人每日只能一件低於三公斤(含三公斤，大約10包半磅的量)的包裹寄
  *寄中國每筆訂單金額含運費要在人民幣700元以內，若超過會退回台灣，請悉知。
  *寄中國的海關越來越嚴格，商業發票的申報金額還有貨單申報金額會跟訂單金額一樣，可能會被收取一些稅金，造成不便請見諒！
